Out of Line: Banksy and the Art of Dissent

An evening of art, socialising and support 💙

And what a special evening it was.

Nikki, Richard and Emma were delighted to be joined by over 50 supporters for an exclusive viewing of Out of Line: Banksy and the Art of Dissent exhibition held at The Minories in Colchester. They were joined by the collection owner, John Brandler, who treated guests to an informative talk as well as personal tours and anecdotes about what first got him into collecting Banksy works.

All guests were greeted with a glass of fizz courtesy of Fenwicks and scrumptious baked goodies from Luca’s Cakes. The raffle was a great success and we thank everyone for their generosity.

The art work was abundant and inspiring and was spread throughout the main gallery, up the stairs and even outside where a marquee housed the impressive wall art pieces. Alongside Banksy, there were many incredible items from urban street artists and many of the prints were available to purchase in the shop.

We want to thank everyone who joined us for this fantastic evening and hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. What a way to enjoy some seldom seen art whilst raising vital funds for teenagers and young people with cancer. 💙
